Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AltAhar account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
